hey nununu parents!


as we are sure you are in need of some much-needed quiet time, we’ve put together a bunch of activities we hope will create some indoor fun for the kids in the house.

throughout the foreseeable future we will continue to provide fun new activities and free items that
we are creating to bring a moment of solace to your house.

we started this company as parents and are all in this together.  thank you to each and every one of you for your trust and loyalty to nununu, we would not be here without you

In doors acroyoga!

thanks Jamal and Aydin for teaching us how to create a “bird” and “lion” post!

want to (safely) try this at home? here are a few basic moves to get you on the move:

bird pose: 
1. flyer’s* hips on base’s* feet.

2. flyer leans with hips into bases’ feet.
3. base bends their knees, base and flyer hold hands with their arms extended,
when flyer’s weight is over base, base straightens their legs.
4. flyer and base have straight arms, shoulder to shoulder in a straight line, base has feet over their hips! flyer lifts feet and head.
5. to come down, base bends their knees while keeping their arms extended.

lion pose:
1. base’s feet are on the floor, heels touching their bottom.
2. flyer’s feet on both sides of base’s head, hands on bases knees and arms straight.
3. base’s hands above flyer’s knees.
4. flyer leans forward, keeping their arms straight, when most of the flyer’s weight is in their arms,
base lifts up and straightens their arms, hands over their shoulders.
5. to come down base bends their arms and places flyer’s feet on both sides of their head,
flyer pushes into bases knees.

* base: is the child laying on the floor.  flyer: is the child being lifted. 

** please make sure to practice safely and cautiously. we suggest working on a soft surface (yoga mats/pillows)
