oops! can I cancel my order?

we work with an automated order system that processes all incoming orders immediately, this means that we can’t really stop them, as they immediately go into processing and shipping. but! if we are able to stop the shipment, you will receive an email confirming
cancellation of the order and any charges made will be reversed.

should your order ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

if you wish to return the items upon receipt, please contact us at cs@nununuworld.com and we will guide you through the process.

hello? why was my order canceled?

there are a few reasons why an order may be canceled:

your item is out of stock

unverified information

payment declines

technical issues

incorrect address

if your order was canceled, you should receive an email notification, should you have any further questions, please reach out to: cs@nununuworld.com

sometimes an order does not process

this could be due to two possible reasons:

a time lapse between ordering an item and confirming payment

the item ordered went out of stock during the ordering process
to prevent this from happening again, we kindly request that once the item is select you proceed to payment confirmation as soon as you can.


credit card payments

we only charge your credit card upon the dispatch of your order, so if your order has been canceled, you will not be charged.

 if you do see a charge on file, it is a pre-authorization only, and will be automatically canceled by your payment provider.

paypal payments

payments made via paypal are immediate, so if an order was canceled, a refund will be issued.

oh no! I placed the same order twice!

can I change my delivery address?

2 scenarios for this one:

1. if your order hasn't shipped
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to update your address, as long as the delivery country/location remains the same. please contact us urgently at cs@nununuworld.com, don't forget to mention your order number and new shipping address.

2. if your order has shipped
we might be able to update your address, but this really depends on its status of the delivery and the courier's availability. please note: we can't change the delivery country/location. please contact us urgently at cs@nununuworld.com, don't forget to mention your order number and new shipping address.

can I add an item to my order?

we're sorry! but we can't! we would love to, but due to the way our system works, we can't bill you after your order was submitted.

can I remove an item from my order?

our system processes orders
immediately, which means we’re unable to change orders.

regrettably this means we are unable to remove an item from your order.

if you no longer require any of the items ordered, you may return them to us for a full refund. for more

can I change my billing address?

for your financial security, we are unable to make any changes to your billing details after an order has been placed. if you received an order confirmation, then your order is processing and should ship to you very soon. once dispatched, you will receive an automated e-mail containing tracking information for your reference.

can you change the amount of my invoice?

sorry! we can't make any changes to invoices as we are lawfully required to indicate on all commercial invoices and official documents full and accurate details of the order including price.

I received a faulty item

we’re very sorry to hear that your package did not arrive in perfect condition. we do our utmost to ensure the best quality possible for all nununu items, but sometimes "one gets away". this should not happen and we apologize for this inconvenience.

in order for us to follow up with and fix this, we kindly ask you to send us photos of the faulty item and we will look into this straight away!

it can take between 1-4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for delivery. once your order ships, you will be sent an auto-email containing tracking information.

if you haven't received any tracking updates for more than 5 business days, please let us know so that we can look into it and investigate.
please note: the investigation to locate a package may take several weeks.
if for any reason it is determined that your package was lost in transit you will be issued a full refund or ship you a new package instead.

we deliver with DHL & FedEx

all our US orders are shipped with FedEx and all other countries with DHL.

all orders can be tracked using the link sent in your shipping confirmation. please note that tracking information can take up to 48 hours to generate on DHL's website.

delivery times depend on where you're located. there might be special circumstances beyond our control, like extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, which can result in delivery delays.

so! basically we ship you for free if your order is larger than $75 (excluding a few countries for which we facilitate free shipping for over $100).

oh no! but you should know that customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities.

I made a return and have not been refunded

it can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed:

1- shipping time to arrive back to our warehouse
2- processing and inspection for refund approval
3- authorization to finance department to issue refund
4- it can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department process the refund.

should your refund not be processed within the 7 business days, please send us at cs@nununuworld.com the tracking number for the returned package so that we can investigate further.

I did not receive my refund

i’ve been charged twice for my order

our system allows one payment per order, so it is unlikely that we charged twice for the same order. However, it’s possible that we received a duplicate order.

if you receive a message that says your email address/password isn’t recognized, follow the steps below:
